Have a Plan Video Ordering Instructions

The Have a Plan video and DVD are now available for purchase by following these instructions:

Note: If you need to set up a purchase order for the Department of Printing, call (360) 586-6360.

1. Please visit the Department of Printing Website. To register, you will need to click on I'm New.
2. Please enter your user name (email address or name) and your desired password (twice).
3. This will bring you to the Store Lobby. You may choose to shop by either agency or item type.
4. Please choose agency.
5. Locate WA Council for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect and click its link. Then choose the appropriate item by selecting its link.
6. Once at the item page. Click Add to Cart. This will display your shopping cart.
7. If you would like to change the quantity please do so by clicking in the box and typing the correct number.
8. Click Update Cart. This is very important to remember.
9. Once finished, click Check Out.
10. This will bring you to the Shipping Information page. On the First Name line, enter the office name. On the Last Name line, enter the first and last name. Enter the address and the telephone number.
11. Click total.
12. You will be asked for your contact information. Please enter the contact name, address and phone number. Click Continue.

A few seconds later, you will see a confirmation page. Please print for your records.

Your order will be processed, picked, packaged and shipped within two business days.
